Here is a simple hack for seeing those videos,Just replace “watch” in the YouTube URL with “watch_popup” and the 18+ video will play on your screen without restrictions.

Now just replace “watch” in URL with “watch_popup”

I use this method to download Youtube Videos.It is very simple install Realone Player.When you see Youtube Video in Firefox a small Download this Video button will appear above the Video.Click on that,it will automatically save the youtube video Files in My Documents –>My Videos –>RealPlayer Downloads
Tip:You can Stop YouTube Videos from Automatically Playing in Firefox.And then continue to download.
2. Add a ‘ Kiss ‘
You just need to add the word ‘kiss’ to the YouTube video URL and then it directs you to a website where you can download it as a .flv video or convert it other formats as well.
Example: Suppose you like to download this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dMH0bHeiRNg
Now in order to download it, just replace it with this – http://www.kissyoutube.com/watch?v=dMH0bHeiRNg . Then when you press enter, you’re directed to the website where you can download it.
